Les Mutinés
Photographs for Les Mutinés, the fine-dining restaurant of The Brando on Tetiaroa atoll. Inspired by the story of the Bounty, the restaurant sits beneath a vaulted ceiling shaped like an upturned hull, lit like a ship's cabin at night. Each plate was photographed as a port of call, keeping the room's darkness, its deep blacks and crystal reflections, rather than a classic food light — so each image tells the story as much as the dish.
